How do I update my profile?
Visit our Update your profile page and enter your email address and password. If you cannot remember your password, the system will email it to your nominated email address.
I can’t remember which email address I’m registered under. What do I do?
Contact your organisation’s Expert Guide administrator. Their name is listed in our PR Contact List. This person can log in and view your profile for you.
I’ve recently changed jobs. How do I change my organisation on Expert Guide?
Please advise us through our Contact Us page. We will seek permission from your new organisation for us to transfer your profile.
I’ve resigned from my institution. How do I get my profile removed from Expert Guide?
Contact your organisation’s Expert Guide administrator. Their name is listed in our PR Contact List. This person can log in and delete your profile for you.

I updated/added my profile but it hasn’t gone live. What should I do?
Most organisations on Expert Guide choose to approve new listings and updates before they go live. Your addition/update is most likely awaiting approval. If this process takes more than a few days, you can check with your organisation’s Expert Guide administrator, whose name is listed in our PR Contact List.
I can comment on a major issue in the news. Can you help me get noticed?
